Complete process to apply for online pan card
To apply for an online pan card, first of all, you have to open a chrome browser on your mobile or computer and search by typing nsdl pan card in google. You will see the official website of nsdl (onlineservices.nsdl.com) on which you have to click. After clicking on the link the website will open.
Now you have to first in Application Type. A new PAN Indian Citizen (Form49 A) has to be selected. In the category, you have to select Individual.
Select according to you in the title. Then you have to enter the name of the person whose PAN card is to be made. First the last name, then the first name, and then the middle name is to be entered. After that, you have to enter your email id, date of birth, and mobile number. After filling in all these details, a check box will appear below, accept the terms and conditions by checking that box. Fill the captcha in the last.
Now you have to click on submit button.
As soon as you submit, a page will open in front of you, in that page, you will see a token number, that token number has to be noted. And then click on the button of Continue With PAN Application.
After that, a new page will open in front of you.
On this page, you will see 3 options above, if you select the first option then the photo of your Aadhar card will appear on your PAN card, on selecting the second option you will have to upload the photo and signature yourself, and on selecting the third option You have to send the PAN card through the document post to the office.
As we said at the beginning of the post that is how you can make a pan card with a photo and signature of your choice. That's why you have to click on the second option. Now you have to scroll down the page a little, you will see an option. In “Whether Physical Pan Card is Required” we have to click on the Yes option. Now you have to enter the last 4 digits of your Aadhar card. You have to enter your name under it.
Whatever details are on your Aadhar card, all the details will come automatically. Now you have to select your gender. After that, the page has to be scrolled down a bit. Now you have to enter your father's name. If you want, you can write the mother's name under it, it is not necessary to write it. Then you have to click on the Next button.
Now the page of Source of Income will open in front of you. On this page, you have to give whatever your source of income is. Enter your source of income according to you. Like if you are a student, then tick a mark on the box of the student.
You have to select the resident address in the address of communication below. You have to fill in your proper address in the Resident Address. Wherever you live, your PAN card will be sent to you at this address. After filling in the address completely, the page has to be scrolled down a bit. Now you will see an option of Country Code, in this, you have to select India. And then click on the Next button.
Now a new page will open in front of you, in this page you will have to fill in the details of Area Code, AO Type, Ao Numer, Range Code.
For this, you have to first select the Indian Citizen below. You have to select your state. After that, you have to select your city. After selecting all this, you will see the numbers of your ward. Whichever ward number your house is in, you have to select it. As soon as you select the ward number, the details of Automatic Area Code, AO Type, Ao Numer, Range Code will be filled in. Now you have to click on your Next button.
Now the page of Proof of Identity, Proof of Date of Birth will open in front of you. On this page, you have to give your identity proof, and date of birth certificate. You will see 3 options, in all you have to select an Aadhar card because we are going to make a PAN card through an Aadhar card.
Below you will see the option of Declaration, in this, you have to select himself and his selfie. After that, you have to write the place from where you are applying for a PAN card.
Now you have to upload your own photo and signature. Whatever photo and signature you upload, the same photo and signature will appear on your PAN card. You have to upload the size of the photo and signature within 50 kb, if the size of the photo and signature is more then upload them by reducing them with the help of an image reducer.
Below you have to upload an Aadhar card. Make the front and backside of the aadhar card on the same side with the help of a photo editor. Keep in mind that it should be in PDF format and the size should not exceed 300kb. Now you have to click on your submit button.
Now the Person Details page will open in front of you, in this, you have to enter the first 8 digits of your Aadhar card. After that, the page has to be scrolled down a bit. All the details will be filled in automatically. In the last, you have to click on the Proceed button.
The payment page will open in front of you, in which you have to make an online payment, you have to scroll down the page a little and accept the terms and conditions and click on Proceed to Payment button. Now you have to click on your Pay Confirm button. You have to fill in your bank account details and click on the Make Payment button. After the Payment Success, click on the Continue button.
Now a new page will open in front of you, in which you have to check the check box. And then click on the Authenticate key button. Now you have to click on your OTP Authenticate button. An OTP will come on the mobile number linked with your aadhar card, enter that OTP and click on submit button.
Then you have to click on the button of Continue With eSign. Now you have to check your check box.
Below you have to enter aadhar card number and then click on send OTP button. Enter the OTP you will get and click on Verify OTP. OTP will be verified.
Now a password-protected file will appear in front of you, in which you have to enter the password, its password is your date of birth, whatever is on your Aadhar card. Whose format is in the form DDMMYYYY? If your date of birth is 1/1/2000 then you have to type 112000 such password. After entering the password, click on the OK button.
Your PAN card receipt will be opened in front of you. Your PAN card will be sent to your home within 15 days.
